Thoughts. Comments. Concerns.
Well guys, I really didn’t expect to be watching Big Brother this season let alone writing this blog post.
I was going to skip this season. Every year around this time Big Brother Alumni come out from whatever rock they’ve been hiding under all year to stir up drama online for attention. After 4 years of being in the BB universe, it’s tiring and I don’t care to partake.
But I honestly couldn’t stay away from the show! It was a huge milestone in my life and it still gives me butterflies to see new houseguests enter and to think of how much their lives will change once they walk out of those doors.
Jody’s Army has been a big part of my life too. As well as our 1%ers and now .5%ers.
(If ya know, ya know)
So this is our space to chat about gameplay and as far as the haters go, well… it’sNOMB.
Week 1: JESSICA NICKSON
My favorites from Day 1 have been Derek X and Alyssa. How can you not love Derek? He has the sweetest face and I really hope he kicks some ass this year. He’s got the smarts, athleticism, and social game so I think he’s going to go far. His only downfall is that he might be too nice. Being too nice gives you the “pawn” title. BUT if he can show that he can win comps, aka the veto’s, then it might deter people from putting him on the block as a pawn out of fear of him winning veto, pulling himself off, and then having to nominate someone else and having more blood on their hands.
Alyssa. I’m just going to refer to her as my little sister because I feel like we could pull that off. Let me tell you why I love Alyssa: she’s a super fan. When someone who loves the game as much as she gets the chance to play, it makes their journey that much more special. The fact that she’s on the block this week breaks my heart and if she’s the first one out the door it will feel very unfair.
Frenchie’s HOH is a train wreck from a viewer’s perspective. I’m not watching live feeds so for those of you who are, you will know more about the intricacies that are going on, and please feel free to fill me in on the comment section.
But I’ll give you my inside knowledge on how the show operates.
Producers can’t spin made-up paranoia.
The fact that they didn’t have any footage of Christian and Alyssa flirting and the only thing we saw in an episode was a quick chat the two of them had in the kitchen about how they aren’t good at cooking leads me to believe that there isn’t a budding showmance between the two. (Again, if you know something I don’t, let me know!)
So basically Frenchie is just targeting Alyssa because he thinks she’s pretty and the most likely to get into a showmance. Let’s call a spade a spade here.
Rooting for her to make it through this week though and definitely looking forward to some of the other houseguests getting airtime so we can get to know more of them.
Week 2: CODY CALAFIORE
VETO SPOILER AHEAD!
Hi Everyone, Cody Calafiore here and I’m super excited that Jess invited me in to connect with everyone for the Week 2 breakdown of Big Brother 23.
This week started off with Kyland winning the HOH after being nominated the previous week. This is something that as a Big Brother fan, is always fun to see. A person that was nominated the previous week step up and win the HOH to guarantee their safety for at least 7 days. Kyland went through a mixed bag of emotions the previous week after being nominated and then saved with the veto, so I was very excited to see how he was going to take on his reign as the HOH.
A few things can happen when a HOH is won by a player that was previously nominated.
One possible outcome is the HOH plays very aggressively and takes the power to personally go after the person that wronged them the previous week. This can cause people to view someone as very emotional and could potentially put a target on their back in the upcoming week.
Another being exactly how Kyland has been treating this week. He has had a ton of conversations with the entire house, not giving up too much information, and realizing he will need help in the upcoming week to stay safe since he will not be able to compete in the following HOH.
I love how Kyland got a feel from the entire house about how they wanted the week to go and allowed that to be the driving force as to who will be nominated. This is smart for so many reasons, the most important reason being making the house feel that Kyland is their ally and can be trusted to work with when making a decision.
After he nominated both Frenchie and his fellow teammate Britni, his reasoning for doing such was definitely fair. One, Frenchie had nominated him the previous week, and although he was taken off the block and kept safe, this wasn’t by the hands of Frenchie but by Derek X. Although this was on Frenchie’s HOH it doesn’t necessarily build the trust with Frenchie but rather allowed Derek X to further his relationship with Kyland.
Along with being nominated by Frenchie, Frenchie has also got himself caught up in so many lies after the first week that most of the house was rallying to get him on the block and send him home. This is extremely beneficial for the HOH that carries this out because it leaves them in very good graces with most of the house. Britni unfortunately, is the one that is nominated next to Frenchie but the reasoning for it was well justified.
Britni is a loyal player and that could be an issue if she is not on the block and wins the veto. I was very pleased with how Kyland handled the nomination ceremony because although Britni is obviously frustrated, it still allows Kyland to go in and try to mend that relationship moving forward.
The veto was played and Derek X showed up yet again.
Him winning this veto not only allows Kyland to work with someone he has been building trust with but ensures that the two nominees he wants to make sure remain on the block, do so for eviction night. This week will most likely play out smoothly now that Derek X holds the veto and will hopefully keep nominations the same so Kyland doesn’t have to nominate a third person.
The target this week is most likely shaping up to be sending Frenchie out of the house. I think this will be a good thing for multiple reasons. Frenchie has now shown to multiple people that his word isn’t very strong in the Big Brother house. He’s been spilling out information constantly, calling people out, and flip flopping on loyalties which has hurt multiple people’s games and just leaves the house very on edge. I will be eager to see if Frenchie has something up his sleeve as a last-ditch effort to keep himself in the Big Brother house.
I want to thank Jess for inviting me in to post on her blog!

Week 3: Tommy Bracco
I just love this show so much. And this season!!! It started off with a bang and is quickly becoming one of my all-time favorites!! The cast is just so likable. Honestly, there’s not one person who I don’t LOVE! Kudos to the casting team for changing up the formula and shaking things up!! According to the ratings and the fan base’s reactions, it’s definitely paying off.
Right now, in the house we’ve got two big alliances: The Cookout and the Royal Flush.
Let’s start with The Cookout.
The Cookout (First of all, obsessed with the name!!) is an alliance consisting of the black houseguests; Kyland, Big D, Azah, Xavier, Hannah, and Tiffany. What I love about the show is that it’s not just a fun summer reality show. It’s a society under a magnifying glass; a social experiment! Yes, it is still a super fun summer reality show, but there’s also a level of depth to it. How incredible that we’re seeing such positive change manifest in the game of Big Brother?! The Cookout coming together represents something so much bigger than the game. Not only do I support what they’re fighting for but I also love each player as an individual gamer and strategist. They’re all soooooo good!! Tiffany is just **chefs kiss**!! There was a little bit of trouble in paradise this week between Azah and Tiffany and Xavier so we’ll see how that unfolds, but I’m rooting for them to put their differences aside and go all the way.
Now let’s talk about the Royal Flush alliance.
This alliance consists of the Kings team (Xavier, Alyssa, Christian, and Sarah Beth), the Queen’s team (Claire, Kyland and Tiffany) and Derek X. How many times in Big Brother history can the fans say they are actually ROOTING for a big alliance?? Never… But there’s something about these people. They’re smart. They’re sneaky. They’re gathering and storing information and waiting for the right time to strike. Time will tell if they have it in them to be aggressive when they need to be but either way, in the next coming weeks we’re going to see their layers peel away even more.
Overall, Xavier had a very successful HOH week. Nominations were a little tricky to navigate but he pulled it off without having to get too much blood on his hands. The fact that Xavier STILL has Brent convinced he’s not the target is extremely impressive. He’s done a decent job at keeping the house calm, (most likely) eliminated a strong player, built relationships and everything went according to plan.
Since Christian won veto and decided not to use it, it’s most likely that Brent will go home this week. That’s what “the house” wants. This means it’ll be the third week that the house was on the same page with the target. However, after this week, we run out of house targets (Although, I can see Britini becoming the housing target next week) and THAT’S when the game will get really interesting! That’s when winning power is crucial! So bring on the scheming, bring on the deceiving, and bring on the chaos!! I am ready for it!!!!!

If the season ended today, who do you think would win?
If the season ended today, I’d pick Kyland to win. Not only is he extremely likable but he’s also proven himself to be perceptive, intuitive, and loyal.
Who do you think would get AFP?
I’m rooting for either Tiffany or Derek X for AFP.
Week 4 (Part 1): Travis Garret Long
What’s poppin big brother crew!? It’s your favorite pair of sandy cheeks here and no I’m not talking about the squirrel from SpongeBob– it’s ya boy Travis, the Hawaii John B looking dude that got sixteenth place in BB23 but holds first place in your hearts. I’m super stoked I get to guest post on this blog so let’s dive right into some juicy Big Brother talk.
Thoughts On My Time in the House:
I feel insanely grateful for every second I had in the house. People always ask me what I’d change if I could go back and do it all over again and this response probably leaves a bad taste in everyone’s mouth but the God honest truth is that I wouldn’t change a single thing. I couldn’t if I wanted to. My personality and the love I infuse into friendships took the front seat and left strategy and game plans in the back. It’s who I am. I’m a piss poor liar and for better or for worse I loved kickin it and getting to truly know the people around me more than deep diving into conversations about whose ass was grass when eviction night rolled around.
It’s not all sunshine and rainbows in good old studio 18 on CBS studios though. The biggest shock to me in the house was the inability to ever “turn it off”. Everyone’s social meter runs out eventually (especially if you’re forgetting to eat/drink regularly and your sleep schedule is aggressively mistreated) and when it does, you have to push through it. I know this sounds really easy, but it was tough for me and I am insanely sociable. I thrive on fraternizing with other human beings! The thing is, when you’re cast as this social light, outgoing, charismatic personality and you enter the house with that energy, you have to maintain it for the entirety of the time. On days or moments where I was drained or groggy from getting 3 hours of sleep the previous night, people would start to ask questions and murmur if I wasn’t acting my same bubbly self. They thought something was wrong, perhaps I was conspiring against them, maybe I had some sort of beef with them, etc. When you’re not your normal self, people notice and their imaginations run wild at your expense. ALSO the strict “no napping” and no sleeping past a certain hour proved to be a royal kick in the keister. I work central time and live in Hawaii, which means I’m up at 4:30 AM every weekday. I’m no newbie to early risings and little amounts of sleep. But something about that house-made 7 hours of sleep absolutely crucial to my survival and I don’t think I ever once got anything close to it.
All in all, these aspects of the house, although I describe them as struggles, were extremely fun in a way. Every single aspect of the house is extremely fun. You’re in a televised adult summer camp, what’s not to be happy and grateful and amped about?? I wouldn’t change a thing.
Who Do I Think has the best shot at winning?
I think the pearly whites papi, King Ky will reign over the BB23 beach house when this summer comes to an end. He’s extremely intelligent, well-calculated, athletic, and devilishly handsome. What more could you ask for in a winner? The guy wakes up and pisses excellence.
No, but seriously I think Kyland is a force to be reckoned with and he’s in a phenomenal position in that the rest of the house seems to not quite realize that. Kyland seems to have a fairly deep/personal relationship with every single player on an individual and intimate level. He’s also “one of the girls” if you will, and with the way things are looking in terms of a girl majority in the house at this point, if the pre-school antics come out and girls start siding against the boys and vice versa, I think Kyland will be the only one in the house that will have sway and influence on both sides. He’s also athletic (I worked out with him a few times during my 9 lengthy days in the house, and the guy can put up big boy weight) so he’ll be a solid contender in athletic comps. You can tell by every sentence that comes out of Ky’s mouth, the vocabulary he has, the thought-out clauses he speaks in, that he’s a very calculated intellect. He thinks quickly on his feet and expresses ideas clearly and persuasively while somehow also coming off as nonchalant. It’s immaculate. I don’t know what else to say. Watching Kyland interact in the house is like watching Bob Ross paint happy little trees– it’s candid, yet it’s flawless.
If the game ended today, who do you think would win? Who would get AFP?
If the game ended today, I honestly think Kyland would take the cake. Sorry to double dip but man this guy is good. He was put up on the block week one and calmly hopped his ass right off, then had the balls to turn around and successfully evict the guy that put him up the very next week. He’s made great game moves so far and comparatively to a lot of other houseguests that are playing the lame-but-classic “fly under the radar” garbage, he’s played a pretty flawless game thus far and for that reason, I think he’d take the dub.
I think Derek X would be crowned America’s favorite houseguest at this point. He’s wicked brainy, has a heart of Gold, represents the Asian-American community in a fantastic way, and everybody and their mama can’t get enough of his personality and infectious laugh. His quick wit and lovable (and constant) jokes make him a simple delight to see on camera and around the house and I think he’d be a fantastic holder of the AFP prize.
Did you make it this far into the article? Hot damn I didn’t think I was that interesting. But if I haven’t absolutely bored you to death yet, go follow me on Instagram @travisgarretlong and Twitter @Travgarretlong to keep up with all my island shenanigans and hear more crazy rants and info about my time on BB23. Shoots🤙
Week 4 (Part 2): Brent Champagne
First off, I want to thank Jessica Nickson for having me be a part of her blog! Appreciate the opportunity to share some insight/opinions on this season and for her reaching out to me after my “blindside” eviction. Secondly, what a wild and crazy game! For those who think it would be easy, let me shut down that assumption and say, the experience doesn’t even come close to what you could possibly imagine. You’re almost never sleeping, someone’s always conspiring against you, you’re irritable from freezing cold showers and eating steel oats three times a day for a whole week, all while trying to socialize 24/7 because all it takes, in the Big Brother House, is legit seconds for someone’s opinion or perspective to change after having an hour-long in-depth discussion about gameplay. It’s work and it can be a dirty, nasty game, but someones gotta play it! 😉
If the game ended today, I think Christian would win. Let me explain.
Christian and Xavier would have been my targets if somehow, in a perfect world, I obtained the veto or secured the majority vote, won HOH of week 4, and the wildcard twist worked in my favor. I would have then nominated them both, while looking into the windows of their souls, and say, like a man, what they couldn’t say themselves to me, “You are my Targets.” If one nominee wins the veto, so be it. Take yourself down. But over my dead body will I give you the opportunity to save yourself, plus one, given the possibility of the veto being won and used.
Christian wins. Xavier does also. But Christian’s BB resume, in the short several weeks, is certainly impressive. With a wild card win week one, securing safety for his teammate, Xavier, and himself, a veto win week three keeping nominations the same on his teammate, Xavier’s HOH, and a HOH win of his own at the beginning of week four granting his entire team safety, his team, The Kings, just continue to hold power. It’s just a force to be reckoned with. If the game stopped right now, Christian deserves to win. He has eluded the block, week one, when he was being targeted by Frenchie, he’s won numerous competitions that held different powers, and after all that, he’s still able to stay very likable in the house even though the rest of the houseguests are getting picked off, one by one. That, to me, just proves his social game is just as strong as his competitive game. Overall, in my opinion, he deserves to win.
Who do I think should get America’s Favorite Player? Easy. Derek X.
I mean, If the house absolutely loves and adores him, I can only imagine that America loves and adores him too! Right?!
Derek X. is an overall amazing human being. He’s unbelievably funny, and I mean, cramps in your stomach funny. He’s also an outstanding cook, and enjoys doing it! Do you know how easy it is to win over the house if you can cook?! He’s a genuine person and he cares deeply. He knows he has to play a game and that the game could ultimately cost him relationships in and outside the house. Then again, we are competing for $750,000. So in the end, he needs to do what’s best for his game and I feel like he has displayed that by winning back-to-back Veto competitions and going with decisions that were best for his game, regardless of how a houseguest might feel. Whether it was taking down his best friend and week one eviction nominee, Kyland, or not using the veto week two in Kyland’s HOH reign, and even voting out HIS OWN TEAMMATE, ME, to help further his own game! Overall, in my opinion, he has displayed all-around likability. In the house, the houseguests love him. He has in-house skills, such as cooking, coupled with his quick wit and great sense of humor, and to top it all off, he has a great social and competitive game, both building relationships and winning competitions. America is not blind to this. I think, without a doubt, America will vote him as America’s Favorite House Guest by a landslide.
Well, that’s all I have to share for now! Feel free to reach out to me via my Instagram, @flywithchampagne. That’s the only social media I have at the moment and the best way to get in touch with me as far as questions go or just getting to know me. As of now, I’m still trying to get readjusted to life outside the Big Brother house, so please be patient with me. But, in the end, it’s a small price to pay, for the opportunity and experience of a lifetime. Until next time!
Week 5: Jessica Nickson
No guest writers this week, just little old me! I had to take control of the blog this week to give my thoughts on what’s going on in the house.
Firstly, I’m pretty impressed with this season. I have several people that I’m rooting for. The more Tiffany and Hannah talk about strategy, the more I fall in love with them.
Derek X is a national treasure to me and he needs to be protected at all costs. He gets my AFP vote every time.
I need Derek X and Hannah to make this showmance official because they’re so stinking cute! It will suck if they wait till post-season to kindle things because there are no cameras around and how am I supposed to ship them if I don’t get to watch them on live feeds 24/7 like the creep that I am? Think about the people Derek and Hannah! What is their showmance name anyway?
As of right now, I’m writing this blog on Tuesday afternoon. I accidentally saw who won the veto because someone posted a spoiler on IG and it came up on my discover feed. I haven’t seen who the replacement noms are but if Derek X follows through with his plan to backdoor Christian, I’m very excited to see Christian’s reaction. Hoping and praying there’s a blowup so we can get some drama this season!
I don’t know how you guys feel but the fact that Derek X is taking his shot at Christian is great in my book. Even if it does mean that he’s dismantling the Royal Flush early. Christian is Derek’s biggest threat when it comes to competitions so if he can take him and get X out too, he’s in a pretty good position in the game. He really needs to work that social game though or karma is going to come back and bite him because if someone is going to try to take him out, it’s going to be a backdoor.
SB has grown on me too. I wasn’t sure in the first week how I felt about her but she’s got her eyes open, she’s intuitive, smart, and is playing! She definitely made a fan out of me but she better watch her back because she put a pretty big target on her back.
Claire has been playing a super low-key game which has been great for her but she also doesn’t seem to have any really loyal alliances. She’s just in the middle of things so it will be interesting to see how far her strategy gets her.
I want to see Derek F do more and I’d be shocked if any of you disagree with that statement. I don’t love when players feel so comfortable that it’s like they’re on a paid vacation. I’d love to see him win an HOH just to see who he would go after because he’s friendly with everyone so having to get on people’s bad sides could get interesting.
If I had to pick an AFP and winner of the game today, I’d pick Derek X as AFP and Hannah winning it all.
What about you guys? Who are you loving and who are you hating?
Week 6 + 7: Cody Nickson
I have a complicated relationship with Big Brother.
It was one of my favorite shows growing up. But, having been on it, I can’t look at the House, the diary rooms sessions, or competitions with the same perspective. I don’t enjoy it the same way. It’s completely different. So my perspective even when someone is evicted is not what you might think.
In saying that, when I watch the eviction of Britini, I don’t look at what currently goes on in the House. Instead, I see the most emotional houseguest going into the Jury House first. This is dangerous for everyone remaining in the game.
I was Britini. Although you may not have noticed, I was riding some high, pissed-off, emotions. So my mission began. Everyone who showed up to the Jury House after me, I wanted them to feel the same anger as I did. I needed 4 of them to feel what I felt. I wanted to control the outcome of the game. Expect Britini to do the same. She will, in my view, have a major impact in deciding the game.
Was she even a threat? To Kyland at least? Probably not. I feel as if he thought that was a safe move to get her out. But her emotions will be a threat to him, especially if he finds himself in the final 2.
Now onto SB’s HOH.
She is targeting Derek X. We all know from the outside looking in that it would be smart to break up the Cookout alliance with their numbers, but that didn’t happen. Maybe she just can’t see what’s happening… so Derek X is in the crosshairs.
What if he gets voted out and becomes a jury member? Then you will have Britini, who is emotional, and Derek X, a very intelligent and influential man, speaking for a week on how to convince everyone else to vote for the final 2 they want them to vote for. And the combination of those 2 will absolutely result in picking who wins. Trust me, they will run through every final 2 scenarios, and a target will be acquired.
It’s just the way it works.
Week 8: Christian Birkenberger
How’s it hanging Goldendoodles!?
You got woman’s/man’s best friend here, the curly-haired Goldendoodle, Captain of the Kings team, ½ of Chrisalyss, and “Competition Beast” himself (as referred to by Julie Chen Moonves) Christian Birkenberger! As the last member to join BB23’s pre-jury club, I feel my fellow club members would agree with me when I express how grateful and honored we are to have had this opportunity of a lifetime and owe CBS the biggest thanks for introducing us to our new family! I’m hyped Jessica asked me to guest post on this blog now let’s get into the thick of it!
Week 8 Recap
My BB Mom Tiffany (Tiff) is victorious in this week’s HOH comp “BB NFT’s” securing her safety for another week! Seeing Tiff work so hard and study as much as she did to get rewarded with an HOH win makes me so happy! She’s been a close friend of mine since week one and remains on my list of individuals to win this season. Unfortunately, I did fear that the final High Rollers Room game (Coin of Destiny) could throw off Tiff’s plans. I was happy to see her cause some paranoia as HOH and even more grateful to see her nominate Kyland and SB because that meant my #1 in the house Alyssa is safe for now. Her target this week is clearly SB, considering Tiff’s in a powerhouse alliance with two out of three players on the block (X as a third nom from his veto punishment). SB is an extremely intelligent and physical player as her comp wins the show, and her ability to lure out information from others leads me to believe that she has a few more cards up her sleeve than people think. Because of that, it’s in Tiffany’s best interest to make this move now. My only fear was that Tiff’s HOH would be ruined by the Coin of Destiny winner until watching Sunday night’s episode where her best friend in the house Claire won and kept the noms the same! With the veto comp & ceremony still to come I worry an SB veto win could lead to the end of the road for Alyssa 🙁 I’m hopeful Alyssa’s chip gets picked and X and Alyssa can sit pretty live eviction night!
How is Alyssa handling herself in the house without me and what do I think her odds of winning are?
Alyssa aka “My Girly Girl” has always played a fantastic game, both when I was there and more so now that I’m gone. If we look back to week one nominations, Alyssa was placed on the block because of me. I was said to have been a “Big Fish” and that in order to catch a Big Fish there needs to be the perfect “Bait”. In this analogy I was the fish and Alyssa was the bait. It’s unfortunate that Alyssa got nominated because of me and I thought that with the information I had while in the house my eviction was beneficial for her game. However, if I had learned about the cookout alliance while inside the house, I think her chances of winning would have increased as I would be there to help evict members of that alliance. This doesn’t mean her chances are gone though. I see two different scenarios where Alyssa remains as the only non-CO member; Scenario one, she either wins HOH or veto and a CO member is forced to go home. Scenario two, as the only non-CO member she may be asked to help divide the alliance a week earlier than scheduled securing the numbers for her and three other members. It is in the CO’s best interest to take Alyssa to finale night because the jury will be majority CO members, assuming the CO votes for only an alliance member whoever is sitting next to Alyssa is guaranteed $750,000! With this being said the number of possibilities are endless and she remains my #1!
If the game ended today, strategically not personally, who do I think deserves to win based on their gameplay?
In the event, this season of Big Brother ended on Monday, August 30th at 5:52 pm and I could cast a winning vote… Xavier would be the player I felt deserves to win the most. As unbiased as possible X has shown that he is meant for Big Brother. He proves he has a BB brain in every conversation that involves him. He listens and absorbs information when he sees fit and only gives out information that benefits his position in the house. From the time I spent with him, I can tell you that X is very personable and capable of creating bonds beyond that of just an alliance member. The list of reasons why X deserves to win is enormous and I haven’t even started to talk about what a Hulk of a dude he is. X is an incredible player and an even more incredible person!
Who’s got my AFP vote?
My AFP vote should come as no shock to anyone considering the biggest downfall to my game was spending time with my favorite person Alyssa! Alyssa and I have an extremely rare foundation of a relationship that is almost impossible to create outside of the BB house. The lack of distractions, confined living, unique life experiences, and an environment built for social betrayal are all the reasons why relationships built in the BB house are so strong. The house takes a toll on you and without Alyssa there to get me through it both strategically and personally I wouldn’t have enjoyed the game as much. After all, it is a game and I know that the relationships I’ve made as a 12th place winner are more important to me than if I had played differently and put them at risk to go further. I do wish I were still there to provide Alyssa with the companionship I know I needed from her in this game. However, All I can do now is countdown the days to be with my favorite person, I mean player outside BB walls!
Week 9: Jessica Nickson
Let me start this blog post off by reminding you that I am not a live feeder this season.
This is the first year since getting off the show that I am not actively following what’s going on and being said on the live feeds. I’m simply watching the show that is being produced by Big Brother. So don’t tear my head off if I like someone who might be saying and doing weird stuff that the producers aren’t putting on our tv screens.
At this point, I don’t see a road where it’s possible for Tiffany to win. She’s stepped on too many toes in that house and Alyssa was 100% right in regards to her jury vote numbers. With her being the one to send Claire home this week, she’s just putting another nail in the coffin.
Alyssa coming through and winning the veto definitely made this week a whole lot more interesting so I’m grateful to her for that! I imagine winning a vto when you’re the one that’s being targeted that week to be the best feeling. I wouldn’t know. HA
Now we need an Alyssa HOH to continue to make things shaken up for next week, otherwise, she is out the door. But she is doing a great job slowly building her resume without putting a huge target on her back.
Tiffany taking the HOH away from Kyland Thursday night did something I hadn’t seen happen yet. It unified the Cookout alliance against who they want to eliminate first once they’re down to the final 6. I really don’t want to see Azah or Derek F in the final 2 simply because I don’t enjoy watching the “floater” game. It’s not entertaining in the least bit.
A lot of you have asked me if I thought there was a chance for a Jury Battleback and my answer is no. They wouldn’t have shown Brittany, Derek, and SB their goodbye messages if they were going to do a Battleback. That’s always a clear indicator.
So since I can’t have a Derek X win, I’ll take the next best thing: a Hannah win with a side of Derek X as AFP and a dash of a post-season showmance.
